This survey is designed to gather feedback from employees who are leaving, about their experiences at Gold Coast Health and their reasons for leaving.
Our aim is to ensure that every staff member has a positive experience at Gold Coast Health. Your feedback helps us work towards this goal through ongoing improvements.
All questions in this survey are optional. Quantitative responses will be viewed at the team level by leadership through a dashboard, ensuring anonymity at an individual level. Free text responses are only made available to Human Resources and Executives. Any important themes may be shared with relevant departments for consideration and action.
